Sales Team Leader, Germiston

A leading diagnostics and laboratory services provider is requiring a Sales Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in leading a sales team that drives revenue and achieve sales targets whilst expanding the brand’s presence within the healthcare, insurance and corporate markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients across healthcare providers, medical practices, insurance firms, and corporate accounts.
  • Drive the sales team to increase the organisation’s market presence.
  • Ensure the sales teams meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide ongoing support, training and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance productivity.
  • Serve as a professional brand ambassador.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of sales plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Enthusiastic and energetic candidate with experience in managing high performing teams.
  • Experience within healthcare, insurance, medical diagnostics, pathology, pharmaceutical, or related fields.
  • A results-driven individual with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptionally well-spoken, articulate, and professional in presentation and communication.
  • High level of determination, resilience, and ability to build rapport quickly.
