Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration and additional Supply Chain/Freight qualifications
• 10+ years of senior management or leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, port operations and warehouse operations
• Proven track record in both commercial and operational leadership roles
• Experience in shipping operations, transport, warehousing, refined metals, FMCG
• Experience in African markets is advantageous
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
