A prominent retail organization in South Africa is seeking a Skills Development Manager to oversee skills development and learning plans. This role includes ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, managing budgets and grants, and engaging with stakeholders. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Commerce, 5+ years in a skills development role, and strong project management skills. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Responsible for the management, coordination, and implementation of the organisation's skills development and learning plans. This includes ensuring legislative compliance, effective grant and budget management, and learning initiatives that align with the Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and support overall business objectives.
