What You'll Be Doing
- Securing Corporate Clients: Build relationships with C-suite executives, procurement heads, and transformation leaders to secure clients for Raizcorp's programs.
- Hunting for New Business: Identify and secure high-value corporate clients through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
- Solution Selling: Understand corporate needs and position Raizcorp's BBBEE-aligned solutions as the best fit.
- Managing the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Engaging Decision Makers: Work closely with CEOs, CFOs, procurement leaders, and HR executives.
- Developing Proposals: Create and present compelling business cases tailored to clients.
- Representing Raizcorp: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and networking functions.
- Client Retention and Growth: Maintain relationships to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.
