TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Alternating Saturday 08:00am - 15:00pm
• Closed on all major public holidays

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000 Basic per month
• Service Commission upon meeting
• Retail Commission

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
• DIPLOMA in Health & Skin Care / Somatology
• LASER HR & SR trained / experienced
• BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but a plus)
• Well-groomed appearance, manicured, and professional look suitable for a Skin Care & Aesthetic professional
• Confident and knowledgeable in advanced skin care and ingredients
• Ability to work independently within a small team and manage your own client column
• Residing in Stellenbosch or within reasonable travel distance

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3+ years post-graduate experience as a Skin Care Therapist
• Experience in high-end salons or aesthetic therapy
• Experience working with active ingredients
• Experience with aesthetic devices and advanced treatments preferred
• Proficient in standard beauty services

SKILLS DESIRED:

• Chemical Peels
• Gel Polish Application
• Manicure & Pedicure
• Tinting & Shaping

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Ability to perform detailed skin analysis confidently
• Perform advanced skin care treatments, peels, resurfacing, and skin penetrating treatments
• Effectively prescribe relevant home care and confidently promote retail sales
• Re-book clients to build rapport and maintain clientele
• Work well within a team but also independently without supervision
