Overview

Develop and execute the end-to-end change management strategy and plan. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build a practical change management toolkit
  • Risk mitigation
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Provide training and support
  • Report to project leadership on progress and change-related risks
  • Integrate with HR and line managers to identify requisite organisation design and development requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration) or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, APMG Change Management Certification, CMI Accreditation, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credentials at Practitioner Level)
  • 7+ years experience as a Change Manager / Lead with experience leading change management initiatives on technology projects
  • Extensive knowledge and experience applying formal change management methodologies
  • Experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Traditional environments
  • Between 7 - 10 Years
