Working closely with business and IT to provide technology solutions.

Analyze IT capabilities and the current processes, models, and strategies, to help design, build, and implement tech solutions.

1. Strategic Analysis and Reporting
   • Reporting timeous, accurate, and compliant with best practice
   • Analyzing the design of reporting templates and business models
   • Analyzing data to inform business decisions.
2. Customer Relationship Management
   • Internal relationships are built and maintained
   • Acting as an information source and communicator between business, IT and Executives.
   • Analyse business needs.
   • Customer / internal stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded

   • Makes suggestions to improve reporting and processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic level reporting.

Qualification and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant business analyst experience.
• Experience in the services industry (healthcare providers, healthcare payers, medical administrators (medical aid/medical insurance)
• Grade 12 or equivalent. Data analytic certifications will be an advantage.
