A healthcare service organization in Johannesburg is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze current processes and work closely with IT for technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare services sector and strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves strategic reporting and relationship management among stakeholders.
Working closely with business and IT to provide technology solutions.
Analyze IT capabilities and the current processes, models, and strategies, to help design, build, and implement tech solutions.
Focus Area:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic level reporting.
