Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in insurance/investments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience in writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.
• Facilitate prioritization and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout delivery cycles.
• Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.

Education
