A logistics company in Durban is seeking a proactive Night Shift Dispatch Team Leader to oversee dispatch operations. The role involves supervising the dispatch team, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining smooth operations during night shifts. Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination.

Responsibilities

- Handle queries, challenges, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit shift reports to management.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, warehouse, and management.
