  • Ability to manage cold room facilities.
  • Understanding of industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Run the packhouse which packs fruit for the export market.
  • Supervise a staff of 100 persons during the season.
  • Ensure compliance with industry protocols.

Skills

Fully bilingual with good communication skills
Proven track record in packhouse management
Knowledge of Vitrax system
Familiarity with a 4 lane pack line
Basic mechanical knowledge
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
