Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and support client sites within the Durban and surrounding region.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary operational contact.
  • Provide guidance and support to site managers and teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits to maintain compliance with Eatfresh/Tsebo standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to Eatfresh/Tsebo brand standards and contractual obligations.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and respond positively to change and pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Operational reporting and basic financial acumen.
