Job summary
A leading investment administration firm in South Africa is seeking a Tax Analyst to join their team. This role provides exposure to institutional tax matters and involves preparing tax reports and analysing Capital Gains Tax. Candidates should have a BCom degree and 5-6 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Competitive conditions apply, including the commitment to fair hiring practices.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of relevant working experience.
- Good working knowledge of taxation, particularly Capital Gains Tax.
- Familiarity with a range of financial instruments.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing tax reports for institutional clients.
- Reviewing and analysing Capital Gains Tax reports and calculations.
- Investigating and resolving variances between accounting income and taxable income.
- Ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls in tax deliverables.
