Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Pretoria.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, handling large volumes of admin, working through emails and ensuring clients are answered.

The role also involves supporting executive administration to portfolio managers, handling insurance claims, arranging meetings, maintaining records, creating clipboard per client, loading tasks on WeConnectU platform, helping with meeting/AGM preparations and ensuring efficient office operations.
