Our Campus is an innovative school that offers the British curriculum through an alternative education approach. We emphasise self-directed learning, small class sizes, and individualised instruction.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Intermediate Phase Teacher to facilitate learning for a small class (maximum 15 students) across subjects including Mathematics, English, Afrikaans, Natural Sciences, and others where applicable.

1. Facilitate daily lessons aligned with the British curriculum for Intermediate Phase learners.
2. Use active, learner-centered methods in place of traditional teaching styles.
3. Guide students in setting personal learning goals and tracking their progress.
4. Foster a respectful and supportive classroom environment.
5. Teach foundational thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to student progress reports.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and safety regulations.

1. Matric certificate with passes in Pure Mathematics and Physical Science / Chemistry / Physics.
2. Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
3. Minimum 3 years of classroom or facilitation experience.
4. Computer literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
6. Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.

1. Experience teaching in small or alternative education settings.
2. Familiarity with the British curriculum.
3. Training in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other progressive educational approaches.
