Job summary
A leading financial management firm in Middelburg is seeking an individual to manage debtors and assist with various office administration tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring a clean ledger, processing invoices, and enhancing communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have a Matric qualification and possess strong interpersonal skills, alongside a willingness to tackle credit queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Active debtors management and assistance to maintain a clean ledger.
- Develop and maintain communication with current and future clients.
- Ensure clients adhere to the company's standard terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
- Allocate and process invoices.
- Process branch supplier invoices to head office.
- Conduct reconciliation on client accounts.
Education
- Matric
- Active debtors management and assistance, ensuring a clean ledger at all times.
- Develop and maintain a strong communication line between current and future clients.
- Ensuring prospective, current and future clients understand and adhere to the companys standard terms and conditions.
- Allocation and processing of invoices.
- Processing of branch supplier invoice to head office
- Actively doing recon on client account to resolve payment allocation disputes.
- Resolve and dissolving of credit related queries.
- Basic office administration including, but not limited to tracking, filing and switchboard operations.
- Overall positional and product knowledge improvement.
- Interpersonal communication between clients, staff, management and head office.
- Actively doing branch filling work
- Processing branch client credit applications.
- Assist branch executives in preparation and submission of quotations to existing and prospective clients when and were needed.
- Promotion of leasing of our products, so as to meet budget expectations.
