Very busy cafe style Restaurant in Northriding is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy upmarket Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a busy front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & system controls essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team.
