Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Business Developer to identify, nurture and secure new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and deliver impactful product demonstrations. We’re looking for a hunter – a high‑energy, self‑starting Business Development Manager with extensive SaaS sales experience. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from cold outreach to closing, targeting small, mid‑market and enterprise clients. This is a strategic global role for someone who thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced SaaS environment and wants to make a visible impact on revenue growth.

Key Outcomes (Success Metrics)
  • Revenue Growth – Meet or exceed quarterly and annual SaaS sales targets.
  • Pipeline Development – Maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities (3x quota coverage).
  • Client Acquisition – Secure new clients within small, mid‑market, and enterprise segments globally.
  • Demo‑to‑Close Ratio – Achieve a 40%+ conversion rate from demo to close.
  • CRM Hygiene & Forecasting – Maintain % accurate deal tracking and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Client Satisfaction – Achieve 90%+ satisfaction scores from new client's post‑implementation.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification – Conduct deep market analysis to uncover and qualify new business opportunities aligned with azakaw’s growth strategy. Identify and prioritize prospects through competitive intelligence and trend monitoring. Qualify potential leads and prioritize outreach based on business potential and strategic fit. Understand buyer personas (compliance, ops, finance, legal) and pain points across segments.

  2. Prospect / Client Engagement – Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to align SaaS solutions with business needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating value propositions clearly and persuasively. Represent azakaw at key industry events and conferences.

  3. Sales and Demos – Lead product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring each session to address specific prospect/client needs and showcase the benefits of azakaw’s SaaS solutions. Deliver engaging, consultative product demos customized to each client's challenges. Develop compelling proposals and presentations with internal marketing and compliance support. Drive full‑cycle SaaS sales processes from cold outreach to contract closure.

  4. Deal Closing and Account Management – Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. Negotiate effectively to achieve win‑win outcomes. Maintain clean and organized records in HubSpot; report performance weekly to leadership. Negotiate with confidence and close deals independently, mid‑market and enterprise. Manage ongoing client relationships post‑sale, identifying new business opportunities within the client base.
