Job summary
A prominent retail company in South Africa is looking for a Retail Store Assistant / Cashier to support customer transactions and enhance the shopping experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 24 years of experience in a high-end retail environment, a Grade 12 qualification, and strong customer service skills. This role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- 24 years of proven experience as a Retail Store Assistant / Cashier.
- Previous experience as a cashier in a high-end environment.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and handle transactions at the cash register.
- Upsell products and maintain store presentation.
- Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
