Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Gauteng is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing and administration, support HR functions, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have a BCom degree in Human Resources and proven payroll experience. This role consists of compiling reports, handling documentation, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Proven payroll experience with a payroll system is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Full payroll processing and administration.
- Support the HR function across all areas.
- Compile and submit WSP / ATR reports.
- Handle disciplinary and CCMA preparation and documentation.
