Job summary
A construction management firm in Cape Town is seeking a qualified construction manager with over 5 years of experience. The candidate should possess strong management skills and be familiar with MS Office programs. This role involves supervising multiple construction sites and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Experience in high-end residential projects is a plus and registration with SACPCMP is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management.
- Experience in high-end residential market is advantageous.
- Registration with SACPCMP beneficial.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple construction sites.
- Ensure time, cost, and quality orientation.
- Maintain excellent relationships with sub-contractors.
- Track and report on master program.

- Qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Registration with SACPCMP will be beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in MS Projects and CCS
- Valid driver's license
