OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Construction Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of real estate development projects across the Caribbean. This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle of construction—from initial planning to final handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop and execute project plans
• Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to design, scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Regularly assess project progress and provide accurate, professional status reports on milestones, risks, and issues
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, including ownership, consultants, and team members
• Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, permitting, and environmental requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in real estate development or construction
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Deep understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and construction methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Experience working in island or remote locations is a plus
