Responsibilities

Client Management

• Create and collate documentation
• Update procedures, manuals, policies

Budget Management

• Set and monitor budgets
• Provide input and track expenses
• Address variances

Project Management

• Receive and clarify project briefs
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables
• Liaise with stakeholders and developers
• Apply project management methodologies
• Identify risks
• Chair steering committees when needed
• Manage project execution and closure
• Use relevant software tools
