As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the Enterprise Communications Business Unit. You will lead a dedicated team, driving high performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch communication solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Wireless Infrastructure Department, inspiring excellence and professional growth

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive project initiatives and meet key performance indicators

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation

• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making

• Engage with stakeholders, including customers and partners, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives

• Oversee the financial management of projects, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated efficiently

• Present reports and updates to senior leadership, showcasing project progress and aligning on future direction

Qualities We Value

• A relevant degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in a management role within the telecommunications or technology sector

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and project management expertise

• Experience in wireless infrastructure projects would be an advantage.
