Job Description

The Senior Manager, Sales is part of the Sales Team responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing revenue, and expanding market share for a portfolio of over 10 serviced residences in Singapore. The role reports to the Cluster Director, Sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Maintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts with major corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Represent Ascott at promotional events and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management and Global Sales teams.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Between 3 to 6 years of relevant hospitality industry experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and good team spirit.
  • Independence and leadership qualities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Director, Sales position.
