A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth through effective sales strategies and strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new exhibitors, advising clients to improve ROI, and collaborating with marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions or events. Competitive salary between $3000 and $4500 with a great working environment.
Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm | $3000 - $4500
Working Location: 2 Sims Close
Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
