Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers' vacuum needs and will manage the sales cycle. You will generate new business, manage service inquiries, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in direct sales with strong problem-solving and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
  • Hands-on experience in direct sales and service agreements.
  • Known ability for conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Managed assigned accounts - Act as the first-point-of-contact for customer’s vacuum needs
  • Management of current sales cycle
  • Generate new business for both products and service
  • Responsible for sales & service budget
  • Manage service enquiries – repair, exchange or upgrading
  • Resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Report on the current status of the account and sales transactions
  • Monitor sales and service measurable
  • Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
  • Suggest actions for sales and service performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Act as a team member within the world-wide metrics of the account.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
  • Hands on experience in direct sales (Account Servicing and Hunter-role) and service agreement
  • Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution
  • Understand sales reporting metric
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong reactivity to customer’s request
  • Project management skills
  • Bsc/BEng/Diploma in Mechanical preferred
  • Possess own vehicle will be preferred
