Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to enhance their exhibitions sector. This role focuses on identifying new partnerships, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma/degree in Business or related fields along with 2–4 years of sales experience and a good understanding of marketing strategies. The position offers a salary range of $3000 - $4500 and operates Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
