A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Communications, to drive impactful campaigns and engage stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant communications experience, a degree in a related field, and strong writing and interpersonal skills. Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in communications or related role.
- Strong understanding of communication channels and campaign tools.
- Creative, meticulous, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement integrated communications campaigns.
- Create engaging content for various platforms.
- Develop staff engagement initiatives.
Skills
Education
As part of the Communications team, you will help shape and strengthen the Healthcare brand. From developing impactful campaigns to engaging stakeholders and staff, your work will highlight the values and achievements that make us a trusted leader in healthcare.
- Plan and implement integrated communications campaigns for hospital programmes, people, and innovations
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media
- Develop and drive staff engagement initiatives to build a strong organisational culture
- Provide strategic communications support and branding advice to internal teams
- Contribute to crisis communications planning and emergency response preparedness
- A degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications or a related role
- must have corporate comms
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of communication channels and campaign tools
- Creative, meticulous, and results-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
