Job Summary

he Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring B2B and corporate clients, and building long-term partnerships for the VEELGO delivery and moving services platform. The role focuses on sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within Singapore.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients including SMEs, e-commerce sellers, retailers, and corporate customers

  • Promote VEELGO’s parcel delivery and moving services to potential clients.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and support.

  • Handle client feedback and coordinate with operations to ensure service quality.

  • Support client retention and repeat business.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Analyze competitors and recommend growth strategies.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Work closely with operations, driver management, and customer support teams.

  • Coordinate with marketing team on promotions and campaigns.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and service implementation.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

  • Track performance against targets and KPIs.


Qualifications


  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, delivery, or service-based sectors.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and occasional travel.

  • Knowledge of the local market and SME ecosystem is an advantage.


Salary & Benefits


  • Base Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience)

  • Commission: Performance-based incentives
