Job summary
A leading airport management company in Singapore is seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist to manage and enhance its ICT infrastructure. The role involves strategizing technical roadmaps, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring effective management of the network systems. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree, experience in network configuration, and strong communication skills. Qualifications
- Degree in a related discipline such as Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in configuring network and security equipment.

We are looking for an initiative-taking, service-oriented, and dynamic individual to join our team at Changi Airport as a Network Infrastructure Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, configure and manage our complex airport-wide campus network, ensuring seamless support for corporate and airport operation systems.
- Strategize and develop technical roadmaps, maintenance contracts, tech refresh, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with various airport stakeholders to develop business cases for new projects.
- Engage with internal and external vendors to review and propose technical solutions and key performance indicators.
- Lead and manage 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of ICT infrastructure.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of ICT Infrastructure (Wired/Wireless).
- Perform continuous improvement efforts by reviewing and enhancing business and ICT processes.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and systems integrators for successful implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or related discipline.
- Direct experience configuring network and security equipment.
- Strong people skills with an ability to build rapport and consensus at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
- Collaborator with qualities of self-motivation, creativity, drive, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
- Professional and technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, or equivalent will be advantageous.
- An inquiring mind to proactively identify potential cyber threats and develop action/mitigation plans.
