Job summary
A leading payments organization in Singapore is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create and optimize digital experiences for mobile and web platforms. This contract position emphasizes designing user-centered interfaces, particularly for financial applications like mobile wallets and cross-border payments. With a focus on collaboration and usability, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch. Qualifications
- 5+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Proven experience in designing mobile apps and financial interfaces.
- Understanding of UX design processes and customer journey optimisation.

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll design and optimise digital experiences for mobile and web platforms within a leading global payments organisation.
You’ll focus on creating user‑centred interfaces for cross‑border payments, digital wallets, and financial applications.
This is a 12‑month renewable contract role, ideal for someone with fintech design experience and a passion for transforming complex financial journeys into intuitive digital experiences.
- Design & enhance user interfaces for fintech applications, with a focus on mobile wallets & cross‑border payments
- Conduct user journey mapping, interaction design, and experience optimisation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts using Figma, Miro, Sketch, or Adobe tools
- Develop and maintain consistent UI design systems and standards across digital products
- Translate user and business requirements into functional, engaging design prototypes
- Collaborate with content strategists, developers, and business stakeholders for seamless delivery
- Support UX research and usability testing to validate design solutions
- 5+ years’ experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or payments
- Proven experience with digital product design for mobile apps and financial interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Understanding of UX design processes, customer journey optimisation, and usability testing
- Familiarity with web and multimedia technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience designing for mobile wallets, remittance, or lending platforms
- Strong design portfolio with fintech or digital financial products
- Ability to bridge business requirements with design execution
- A mindset focused on user empathy, data‑driven design, and creative problem‑solving
