Working within a multidisciplinary team, including Clinical professionals, UI/UX designers, Writers, Content strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex use-cases into intuitive and innovative designs. Our team is dedicated to understanding user behavior and emotions to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products that resonate with our audience.In this role, you will collaborate with your design partners to develop cutting-edge healthcare technology and human-machine interfaces. Employing user-centered design principles, you will create seamless user experiences from concept to execution. By gathering insights into user needs and behaviors, you will contribute to product strategy and design, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and simplicity.Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile applications, ensuring consistency across iOS and Android platforms.- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user preferences and apply feedback to enhance your designs.- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of your designs.- Visual Design: Develop high-quality visual designs adhering to brand guidelines, including icons, graphics, and animations.- Iterate: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and evolving requirements.- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to maintain design excellence in our mobile applications.Qualifications:- Experience: 2-3 years in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile applications.- Portfolio: Showcase your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Zeplin, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- Research: Experience in user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve user experiences.- Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.- Prior experience in mobile app design in a product company.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in designing interfaces for native mobile apps (Android & iOS).- Strong visual design skills.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.To apply, please send your resume to hidden_email us in revolutionizing healthcare technology and making a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.,
