Job summary
A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance sales and partner relations for exhibitions. The role involves identifying new partners, advising clients, and coordinating with teams to maximize event success. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, and a strong grasp of marketing strategies. A background in exhibitions or events is preferable. Competitive salary ranges from $3000 to $4500.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
- Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
- Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
- Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
- Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
- Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
- Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
- Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
- Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
- Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
