Sales Specialist – Construction / Building Materials

A trusted Singapore-based supplier of high-quality building materials—with a strong focus on tile, stone, and concrete solutions—we support construction projects across Southeast Asia. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist with deep industry knowledge and strong relationship-building skills to join our team.

As our Sales Specialist, you’ll represent the brand on the ground—working directly with developers, contractors, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions and drive results. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and supporting key project needs in Singapore’s vibrant construction sector.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Actively seek out new project opportunities and expand client base.
• Monitor ongoing project progress and provide accurate forecasts for material needs.
• Present tailored solutions to meet specific project or client challenges.
• Deliver after-sales support including technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Keep management informed of market insights, trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and align all terms with clients and dealers.

• 3 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials sector.
• Proven experience in project-based selling with strong personal sales achievements.
• Must own personal vehicle – regular travel to project sites is required.
