Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Sponsorship Sales Specialist to spearhead the monetization of our esports events and gaming influencer campaigns (including BGMI content creators). This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and deep understanding of the esports/gaming space.You will be responsible for:Identifying and pitching sponsorship opportunities to potential brand partners.Building long-term sponsorship pipelines and corporate partnerships.Creating compelling proposals aligned with audience insights and brand goals.Closing deals and ensuring end-to-end fulfillment of sponsorship obligations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Sponsorship Sales Initiatives: Identify and approach relevant brands (gaming, tech, FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, etc.) interested in partnering with esports events and influencers.Develop Sales Collateral: Craft high-impact pitch decks, sponsorship packages, and partnership strategies that showcase ROI and value proposition.Build & Maintain Sponsor Relations: Engage, manage, and nurture relationships with sponsors and agencies. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (event, content, production, social media) to deliver sponsorship commitments effectively.Analyze & Report: Track and report key sales metrics, campaign performance, and sponsorship ROI to internal stakeholders and clients.Stay Ahead: Keep an eye on esports trends, creator marketing strategies, and competitive brand activation campaigns to stay ahead in the game. Preferred Qualifications2+ years of sponsorship sales or B2B brand partnership experience, preferably in gaming, esports, sports marketing, or entertainment/media.Strong network in brand marketing, media agencies, or gaming ecosystem is a major plus.Demonstrated ability to close high-value sponsorship deals.Passion for esports and knowledge of BGMI, streamers, and gaming content culture in India.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and pitch presentation.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
