The hotel, with four banquet halls in Delhi, has been growing annually. Located near major transport hubs, Hotel Seven Seas is a premier luxury destination for business and social events, boasting a large meeting space, banquet halls, nightclubs, dining options, and wellness facilities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Event Sales Specialist role located in Rohini at Seven Seas Hotel. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer service, event planning, event management, communication, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and specific requirements for their wedding or event. Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers) to ensure alignment with client expectations. Venue Management: Assist clients in selecting the ideal venues for ceremonies and receptions, providing guidance on layout and design. Design and Dcor: Collaborate with clients to create personalized design concepts, including floral arrangements, table settings, and overall aesthetics. Timeline Development: Create comprehensive timelines and checklists to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly. Day-of Coordination: Oversee the wedding day operations, ensuring all vendors and services are in place and addressing any issues that arise. Presentation Creation: Design engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate event concepts and proposals to clients. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for events. Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist with any post-event tasks, including rental returns and thank-you note management.Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel or similar environment. Strong understanding of the wedding planning process, including vendor management and logistics. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors. Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs.,
