Position Responsibilities
Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-centric Expansion Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling to our existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs.
  3. Develop and execute tailored expansion strategies for customer segments.
  4. Suggest product enhancements or additional modules to improve customer ROI and satisfaction.
  5. Present product features and benefits clearly, focusing on ROI and customer impact.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly expansion revenue targets.
  7. Manage pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  8. Utilize data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and map product solutions to customer needs.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions in FinTech, HRTech, or MarTech sectors.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success and Product-Led Growth models.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to shape offerings.
  • Experience working with North American clients.
