As a Merchant Sales Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in expanding adoption of Scan-to-Order and Loyalty Solutions across Singapore. Your mission: pitch, close, and support merchants as they integrate into a smarter, more connected ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

  • Present digital ordering and loyalty solutions to F&B merchants through in-person and virtual engagements.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and drive successful deal closures within your assigned territory.
  • Guide merchants through onboarding, ensuring smooth activation and campaign optimisation.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for merchant inquiries, collaborating internally to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor merchant performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve adoption and satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated merchant success strategies.
  • Stay informed on market trends, merchant feedback, and competitor activity to help shape field strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, or F&B-related services.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term merchant relationships.
  • Confidence in handling objections, overcoming operational hurdles, and managing multiple priorities.

Bonus Experience:

  • Background in F&B operations or familiarity with restaurant workflows.
  • Experience with POS systems, digital ordering platforms, or payment technologies.
  • Ability to communicate across languages and connect with a diverse merchant base.
