Your mission: pitch, close, and support merchants as they integrate into a smarter, more connected ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Present digital ordering and loyalty solutions to F&B merchants through in-person and virtual engagements.
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive successful deal closures within your assigned territory.
- Guide merchants through onboarding, ensuring smooth activation and campaign optimisation.
- Serve as the key point of contact for merchant inquiries, collaborating internally to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor merchant performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve adoption and satisfaction.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated merchant success strategies.
- Stay informed on market trends, merchant feedback, and competitor activity to help shape field strategies.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, or F&B-related services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term merchant relationships.
- Confidence in handling objections, overcoming operational hurdles, and managing multiple priorities.
Bonus Experience:
- Background in F&B operations or familiarity with restaurant workflows.
- Experience with POS systems, digital ordering platforms, or payment technologies.
- Ability to communicate across languages and connect with a diverse merchant base.
