Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or in-house environment.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR strategy and practices for our diverse and growing business. Based in the Joo Koon West Region, this full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in human resources consulting and generalist HR to support our organisation's success.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement effective HR solutions that support our strategic objectives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off-boarding
- Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR policies, processes and systems
- Provide generalist HR support and advice to employees at all levels
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or in-house environment
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
