Job summary

Connect Energy partners with an oil and gas service provider to look for the following new headcount for their organization

Responsibilities

• To assist the HR team to manage the workers / staffs in terms of organizing courses / trainings
• Assist to apply work passes in Singapore
• Liaise with insurance company relating to insurance policies renewal
• To be updated on new regulations on labour law
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Arrange payments to suppliers
• File employee tax and GST returns

Requirements

• Diploma is Accountancy / HR
• Min 2 years similar experience in similar role
• Has experience working for service providers in oil and gas industry an advantage
• Familiar with Singapore MOM labour law
• Familiar with work passes application in Singapore (Work Permit / SPass / Employment Pass)
• Willing to take on 1 year contract with potential to convert to perm
