About the job HR Business Partner Executive

Hatch Asia is partnered with a reputable Global Freight Forwarding company in search for an HR Business Partner executive based in Singapore. The role will collaboratively work with the different Business Unit Heads and Regional HR Business Partners.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and senior management in aligning people and HR processes with overall business objectives
• Provide and coach managers and employees on talent reviews, improve individual and team performance
• Collaborate with the different teams in the end to end recruitment process, workforce forecast and help in developing succesion planning
• Will act as in internal consultants, offering expert advise and solutions
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the main point of contact between the business and the HR function

Job Requirements :

• At least 5 years of relevant HRBP experience in the logistics and supply chai industry
• Strong decision making skills and can handle diversed culture
• Deep understanding of business goals, strategic planning, performance management, and how to align HR initiatives witih business objectives.
