What Youll Do

  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and support initiatives that boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Benefits Administration: Help manage employee benefits programs, including enrolment, claims, and resolving employee concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities are aligned with local employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and the overall employee experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing employee events, meetings, and training sessions to foster a positive workplace culture.
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
