Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding & offboarding)
- Administer and verify staff leave, claims, and benefits
- Administer and maintain staff records, including attendance, overtime, leave, and medical certificates
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
- Administer CPF contributions, IR8A submissions, payroll, and statutory reporting
- Manage work pass applications/renewals for service sector staff via WPOL & MyMOM portal
- Handle MOM surveys and inspections to ensure compliance
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Government regulations and the Employment Act
- Manage staff insurance, vehicle insurance, all-risk and public liability insurance renewals
- Arrange vehicle inspection and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee office matters such as procurement and pantry supplies ordering
- Assist in planning and coordination of company events and activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience in Singapore
- Familiar with CPF, IR8A, WPOL, MyMOM and local employment regulations
- Knowledge of insurance administration, MOM surveys/inspections, and vehicle compliance will be an advantage
- Experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Talenox) is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Independent, resourceful, and a team player with a positive attitude
