  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR: hiring, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and monthly payroll.
  • Handle work passes: applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
  • Coordinate staff training programs and support relevant government training grants.
  • Maintain office safety measures and arrange housing for foreign employees.
  • Help develop, roll out, and maintain HR policies, plans, processes, and programs.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, including company events and team-building.
  • Prepare documents for ISO audits and manage other certification renewals.
  • Assist with building maintenance and facilities coordination.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
