Corporate Secretarial Manager
Job summary
A leading corporate services firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a leadership role. You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate secretarial clients and actively participate in management discussions. The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 8 years of relevant experience, a degree from ICSA or in Law/Accountancy, and strong organizational skills. Experience with the Singapore Companies Act and proficiency in MS Office are crucial. Mentorship and career development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Graduate with good experience in corporate secretarial work.
- At least 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and related regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients.
- Review the work of subordinates.
- Be responsible for productivity and profitability of the portfolio.

- Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients
- Review the work of subordinates
- Be responsible for productivity and profitability of the assigned portfolio
- Participate and contribute to management meetings as to work process, HR policies, technical and professional updates, learning and development, business development
- Graduate from ICSA or Degree in Law or Accountancy with good experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably from medium and large firms
- Organized and meticulous, self-motivated and ambitious
- Good knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
- At least 8 years of work experience
- Strong MS Office Skills (especially MS Word), good knowledge of Viewpoint will be an added advantage
