  • Oversee and manage HR processes, including work pass administration.
  • Coordinate hiring plans and handle monthly payroll.
Job description
Accounts:
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations and administration support
  • Handle and maintain full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
  • Issuance of invoices
  • Sorting and filing of documents
  • Handing GST Filing
  • Process payments and receipts
Human Resources:
  • Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, issuance, renewal, and cancellation
  • Carry out daily HR duties from recruiting to onboarding and off-boarding formalities
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, confirmations, resignations and all HR related matters
  • Handle monthly payroll
  • Maintaining Employees’ records in HRMS, including but not limited to, employees’ profile, leave applications, entitlements and daily attendance
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NSmen claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) etc
  • Handle all employees’ inquiries on HR related matters
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior when requested or assigned
