Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Oversee daily HR operations, from employee onboarding to offboarding, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Collaborate with department heads to drive employee performance initiatives, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Plan and execute HR programs such as engagement surveys, benefits administration, team-building events, and employee recognition activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends; recommend and implement enhancements to HR policies and practices.
Perform general office administration duties, including managing stationery supplies, document filing, and maintenance of office equipment.
Support employee relations efforts and help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Contribute to various HR projects and assist with other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
