As part of our growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administration and HR Executive to join our team. This role will play an integral part in ensuring smooth internal operations, efficient HR management, and compliance with MAS and employment regulations.

Position Overview

The Administration and HR Executive will support both administrative and human resources functions, working closely with senior management to maintain the firm’s operational standards and staff engagement. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within a professional financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including procurement, vendor management, and general administrative support.
  • Manage company documentation, correspondence, and recordkeeping in accordance with compliance and internal governance requirements.
  • Provide executive assistance to management, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain company records, licenses, and ensure timely submission of corporate and regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with external partners such as banks, auditors, legal, and compliance consultants.
  • Support internal control processes including expense management, invoicing, and operational reporting.
Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Manage the full range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Coordinate employee benefits, insurance coverage, and related claims.
  • Support training, professional development, and performance review processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and internal guidelines.
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives to promote a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Work closely with management on manpower planning, compliance documentation, and organizational matters.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration and HR, ideally within a financial services, fund management, or banking environment.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong command of Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR or payroll software.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative and team‑oriented mindset.
