To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:

• Lead the front-end development of web applications, transforming design concepts into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Architect and optimize web page structures, style layers, and overall UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Oversee code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality and performance standards.
• Continuously optimize front-end performance to ensure a smooth user experience across platforms and devices.
• Provide UX/UI improvement suggestions and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Mentor junior developers and support the team with guidance on technical and process-related matters.

This position does not have supervisory responsibility.

• 2 + years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Ajax, and jQuery.
• Proficient with front-end frameworks including Vue2/Vue3, ElementUI, and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, RESTful API integration, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experienced with front-end development tools and debugging techniques.
• Solid grasp of Git workflows and collaborative development processes.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles; proficient in design tools like Figma and Sketch.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a bilingual (English/Chinese) environment a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to balance business needs with technical solutions.
