A staffing solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue for its staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in business development or sales, particularly in staffing. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinating with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency are essential for this role.
The Business Development Executive (Staffing) is responsible for acquiring new clients and growing revenue for the company’s staffing and recruitment services (permanent, contract, etc.). The role works closely with recruitment/delivery teams to translate client requirements into successful hires and long‑term partnerships.
Prior experience in IT staffing with familiarity of common IT roles (developers, testers, cloud, data, project managers, etc.).
Experience working with international markets (US, Europe, APAC) and offshore/onsite delivery models.
