Job summary
A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Executive / Modeler to manage BIM workflows and collaborate with sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will have a relevant diploma/degree and 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and fluency in English are essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as BIM Modeller.
- Familiar with BIM standards and workflows.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Organise and host BIM meetings with sub-contractors.
- Author and update BIM models for accuracy.
- Document BIM models efficiently.

- Relevant Diploma/Degree in BIM related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as BIM Modeller
- Familiar and well-versed in Autodesk Revit and Construction Cloud
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in spoken and written English language in order to liaise with English-speaking stakeholders regarding BIM-related matters
