Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused business development personnel to join our F&B team. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/service and event space. This key role will drive revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies with our existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Correspond and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
  • To actively report and update management on all bookings and appointments.
  • Track and report key metrics including guest interactions, sales performance, and event outcomes.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management on guest trends, opportunities for improvement, and market demands.
Qualifications / Skills and Abilities
  • At least 3-5 year of experience in sales with a track record of converting interactions into bookings and revenue.
  • Good team player, Outgoing, personable, and confident when interacting with high-profile clients and guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate, self-driven and takes initiative
  • Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
  • Strong existing network of corporate decision-makers and/or high-net-worth individuals is highly advantageous.
Additional Information
  • Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 (Based on Experience)
  • Five (5) days’ work week
