Roles & Responsibilities

This individual reports to the director of WONDERHEALTH PTE LTD. The individual will undergo on the job training with supervision from the director. He / she will be involved in the following activities such as performing market research and data analytics on brand awareness, market trends and target buyer and seller landscapes to adjust marketing and communication plans, is responsible for overseeing sales activity, maximise sales opportunity, maintain and report forecasts and develop and maintain good client relationships.

Preferred Experience

Experience of working in the medical sector (Network & Experience of handling GP Clinics)

Individual to be involved in
  1. Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
  2. Conduct sales calls, presentations and product demonstrations to corporate customer and partners.
  3. Build long lasting relationships with distributors / partners and support them to develop downstream sales whenever necessary
  4. Work with various internal and external stakeholders proactively to achieve customer excellence
  5. Keep abreast and conduct analysis on consumer and competitor’s trend and information.
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  7. Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  8. Maintain an overview of clients, their contracts, and operations; create sales action plans based on areas of potential success
  9. Develop, execute and monitor sales strategies to boost company revenue
  10. Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market.
